  2. Create authentic and believable characters

  3. Breathing exercises that will give you better access to all emotions

  4. Ground your body and convert nervousness into excitement

  5. Apply a 10-step easy formula that will allow you to break down any scene with ease and confidence

WHAT WILL I DO?

  1. 30 minutes | Warm up with improv and presence exercises
  2. 120 minutes | Perform 1-3 page scene (your choice – choose from our library of 1,000s of scenes from your favorite movies and shows)
  3. You will be given a 10-step easy formula that will allow you to break down any scene with ease and confidence.
  4. Group discussions around the 10-step formula so you aren’t just working during your performance but throughout the entire class
  5. Learn how to find the fun in every single scene you perform. Every. Single. One.
