Build the Skills + Build the Habits = Enjoy the Success

Build confidence in the audition room and on set with a proven system that creates authentic and informed performances every time. Parents also receive business guidance on everything from headshots to agents to everything in between. This class is not only a successfully proven format for auditioning for professional work in film, television, and commercials, but also an incredible way to give your kids the skills they need to self-assess their feelings, understand basic human behaviours, and it is incredibly empowering for their self-esteem.

Every week students will learn a series of exercises and skills to help them understand and access their emotions and settling into a place where we call a “grounded” performance. This is where true authenticity comes into play and it is the most important skill in transitioning from a volunteer actor into a paid actor. This same set of skills are used when teaching people conflict resolution, or how to calm their emotions when they become too extreme in any one direction, or dealing with stress and anxiety.
